Yet, most mobility offerings still involve lengthy processes, physical interactions, and complex financial arrangements. Getting a car, in any form, is often seen as a hassle, with buyers’ remorse and financial worries clouding the user experience. In Greece, following a period of financial challenges, the focus has shifted to digitalization, aiming to catch up with European peers. The urge for an increased digital and hassle-free daily life is clear. These observations, initially led Kosmocar to ask the question:
How can we offer mobility in a way that matches the changes in consumer expectations and requirements?

However, that only further enhances the opportunity to explore new ventures that could redefine the industry. The :Dribe franchise package includes a range of offerings focused on streamlined implementation and process automation. It features seamless integration with existing ERP systems, an accessible operations portal, a user-friendly app, Business Intelligence dashboards, a comprehensive Marketing and Branding manual, CRM workflows, and best practices in the ':Dribe Hub.' These tools support growth without a proportional increase in staffing, making :Dribe a sustainable solution for running a profitable business. :Dribe offered Kosmocar a cost-effective entry into the subscription space by allowing them to leverage existing assets and infrastructure.

Embracing local requirements
Beyond the product itself, the adaptability of the :Dribe solution was vital to Kosmocar, and an ongoing dialogue and openness between the two partners were crucial. Adjustments to the core offering were necessary to address the unique legislative and commercial factors of the Greek market, such as accommodating individual companies (sole proprietors) and enabling sub-franchising to expand coverage to major Greek islands.

Implementation and Early Results
Implementation was swift, and with thorough onboarding, Kosmocar opened its first location in Athens within months. Project managers from both companies collaborated closely to ensure a seamless handover. With all processes documented in the :Dribe Hub, Kosmocar employees had access to best practices for operations, marketing recommendations, and documentation for all features and systems, leading to a smooth transition and a significantly shorter time to market than would could otherwise have been expected. In the first month after launch, over 20,000 users downloaded the :Dribe app, and within a few months there was more than a 100 :Dribe cars roaming the streets of Athens catering to both private consumers and businesses.

Thanks to a digital foundation and comprehensive data insights, Kosmocar can proactively assess seasonal changes to their userbase and adapt strategies based on their drivers' behaviour in Greece. Kosmocar and :Dribe expect the introduction of :Dribe to significantly influence the expansion of subscription-based mobility solutions in Greece.
